Little Princess.
We send our warmest congratulations to local couple Louise and Ian Doogue on the recent birth of their beautiful baby daughter Annabelle. This very lucky girl has the benefit of having big brother Eoin ready and willing to show her the ropes and the best ways to win mammy and daddy around if needs be. We wish this happy little family every happiness and look forward to meeting Annabelle in person.

We send heartiest congratulations and best wishes to Pakie and Nell Ryan who recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. The happy couple celebrated in the company of their sons and daughters and all their beautiful grandchildren. I know Pakie and Nell enjoy a dance or two so hopefully they got to enjoy a turn or two around the floor. We wish them many more happy and healthy years of wedded bliss.
Results Are In!
We wish the very best of luck to all those who are awaiting their Leaving Cert results. We hope that the work and committment that they put in will be rewarded. If for any reason you are disappointed in any way then please keep the head up there are many different routes to get to your destination. Some take the straight road through while others take a more scenic route. There is something out there waiting for all of you whether it is a college place, an apprenticeship, a job, travel, a year out. Whatever route you choose to take we wish you every happiness and a life that is full of good health, happiness and laughter.
Birthday Boy
We send happy birthday wishes to local celebrity Harry(Chops) Power, Adamstown who recently celebrated a milestone birthday. His milestone birthday of 21 plus a bit of vat was celebrated in The Sweep with friends and family and a few bottles of lemonade. We wish Harry many more happy birthdays to come.
