Blissful Marriage

We send our heartiest congratulations to John and Maria Mackey, Ross who recently celebrated their 39th wedding anniversary. I’m sure this lovely couple celebrated their special day with their children and their 4 beloved grandchildren. We hope that John and Maria enjoy many more happy years of marriage bliss.

Birthday Girl

Warmest birthday wishes go to local lady Chloe Lye of Ross as she celebrated her 21st birthday. A few more places have opened up just in time for Chloe to celebrate and I’m sure her parents Ken and Louise and siblings Sophie, Grace and James made sure that her day was celebrated in style. We wish Chloe many more happy birthdays in the future.

Exam Time

We wish all the young people in our area the very best of luck as they sit their Leaving Cert exams. It has been a very difficult and worrying couple of years for them and they had to overcome many obstacles. We hope that each of them remembers that they can only do their very best and that there are many paths to take in life and many different routes to get to where you want to go. We wish you all the very best of luck in your exams.

Ballyduff AFC

The club are on the look for some Division 4 players .These Over 35’s  are wanted for the new season which will begin in July.
A groundsperson is also needed for the club grounds so if you fancy working in the outdoors while getting paid. You can apply for this position directly to the club or log onto jobsireland .ie
